Louisa helps busy women prioritize and transform their health while having fun. She empowers women to discover how to achieve their optimal state of mental, physical, and spiritual health, by enabling them to prioritize themselves and change the world’s perception of who they are. She draws from. a combination of her nursing, health and fitness, and spiritual backgrounds.  Her program consists of holistic modalities individualized to each of her client’s needs, to empower women to have lasting transformations rather than just short term success.
