In EPISODE 190 OF GROWING OLDER LIVING YOUNGER I talk to author, Sue Camaione, author of “The Practical Seductress: How I Learned to Take My Hat and Run”, about the value of writing a memoir. Sue is a member of The Writers Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Two of the chapters from The Practical Seductress were originally presented to Washington DC–area audiences at the Story Fest Short Slam storytelling contests. In addition to performing in area storytelling competitions, Sue is penning her second book, a dark comedy of errors, and learning to play drums. Sue’s eclectic professional life included working as an education reporter, publications creative manager, and a business development professional focused on health research. Sue is also a literacy mentor to area students, hoping to foster a new generation of writers.
